Patrick Cudahy Roasted Bacon finishes on the griddle in minutes, right out of the package to dramatically reduce or eliminate the need to prep bacon back-of-house prior to serving. For high volume operations, Patrick Cudahy Roasted Bacon can also be cooked in the oven in almost half the time as raw.
