PITTSBURGH, Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (OTC Markets Groups Inc.: OTC Pink: UPZS) a Delaware Corporation, is pleased to announce it is negotiating leases in the Monroeville, Pennsylvania, market to open a corporately owned Unique Pizza and Subs Sports Bar. UPZS has narrowed its search down to two possible Monroeville spaces for its showcase location. They are currently in the final stages of negotiating the leases and have deemed both locations to be outstanding, so it now comes down to the most favorable lease.
