Opened in May, this eclectic 50-seat pizzeria’s creations have been thrust into the national spotlight, gaining instant popularity. The Minneapolis-area pizzeria already has more than 4,000 Facebook likes. Its funky interior that pays homage to the hog has drawn attention, too. With a rotating menu of 10 Neapolitan pizzas, Pig Ate My Pizza posts new pies on chalkboards above the open kitchen and along the dining area.
