As Pizza Today travels the country, we see beautiful ovens that draw us into pizzerias. This month alone, we ventured to Tony’s Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco. Its Neapolitan wood-burning oven is a beauty.
During the Slice of Hope ride through New England, we got the chance to talk to Craig Goodman in Ludlow, Vermont, about his wood-burning oven that he built for his pizzeria, Goodman American Pie.
