Mama Mia’s Italian Restaurant in The Woodlands, Texas was forced to closed after an ongoing dispute between the owner and landlord. The operator placed umbrellas in a common area in the front of the restaurant to help block the sun, which violated the terms of the establishment’s lease. According to Your Houston News, the restaurant also violated its lease by placing advertisements on cars in the shopping center parking lot.
