Cleveland, OH—Cleveland based chef and national pizza guru Sean Brauser is leading the new pizza revolution…and he’s just opened his 5th PIZZAFIRE restaurant in only 13 months in Rocky River on Center Ridge Road!
PIZZAFIRE is FAST! It’s a casual, create your favorite pizza restaurant where your custom masterpiece is fire baked in only 180 seconds in an imported Italian oven! Step right up and choose between six different sauces, five different cheeses and 40 different toppings – then watch your personal PIZZAFIRE chef build and fire bake it at 800 degrees, giving you the pizza of your dreams in literally seconds! Yes, they’re fast, giving you time to enjoy your lunch or a grab a quick dinner before a night on the town!
Everything PIZZAFIRE does is FRESH! No freezers, no fryers, no microwaves! They grow their own basil and romaine hydroponically in each restaurant! Also featured is free range fire roasted chicken, hand cut veggies (most all locally sourced) and a special dough recipe developed by Chef Brauser that requires the dough to ferment for 48 hours, heightening the perfect flavor. You’re can see each topping choice and choose from an array of the freshest ingredients, always prepared each morning. Each PIZZAFIRE location even makes their own pizza sauce with hand crushed tomatoes and all exclusively feature only GMO free meats.
“We only use pear tomatoes from Northern California that are picked and fresh packed within two hours, so they are naturally sweet!” says founder and CEO Sean Brauser, “then we painstakingly hand crush each one so that the natural flavor of the tomato explodes”.
The new “custom pizza – ready in minutes” concept is smoking hot, and Sean Brauser, award winning chef behind the Romeo’s Pizza chain, is at the forefront of the charge with his PIZZAFIRE concept, one of the fastest growing pizza companies of its kind in America!
The popularity of the “handcrafted pizza built right in front of you” model has sky rocketed, and the new Rocky River location has already developed the fan base that the other PIZZAFIRE restaurants boast. The pies have been a hit with pizza lovers who crave a new experience as well as those simply in a rush. PIZZAFIRE is the first fast casual, fire-baked pizza restaurant grouping of its kind in Northeast Ohio. The first pizzeria in downtown Akron is celebrating over a year of success, and was quickly followed by downtown Cleveland and Cuyahoga Falls locations.
PIZZAFIRE plans to open an additional 100 units in the next three years, including eight new locations in current development in the Cleveland metro area plus four locations in Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis with firm agreements. Preparation is also complete for franchise development nationwide beyond the Midwest.
