Uncle Maddio’s offers options such as hormone-free chicken, fresh local vegetables, Daiya vegan cheese and organic greens. Uncle Maddio’s sauces and salad dressings are original recipes and made-from-scratch onsite. A “take and bake” option offers a quick family meal.
