Douglas Myers Appointed AccuTemp’s Executive VP – Sales/Marketing
Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 27, 2011) – AccuTemp Products, Inc. has announced the
appointment of Douglas Myers as Executive Vice President, Sales/Marketing. Myers will be
responsible for all sales and marketing of AccuTemp product lines, worldwide. He will report
directly to Scott Swogger, AccuTemp’s President & CEO; and will be based out of their Fort
Wayne, Indiana World Headquarters.
“Doug is a proven leader with extensive experience building strong sales teams and
understanding the product and service support needs of a diverse customer base. He brings us
a fresh perspective, energy, enthusiasm and initiative, plus a proven track record of expanding
market share, reducing operating costs and increasing the value proposition for the customer,”
according to Swogger. “With the recent expansion of our product line beyond the core of
boilerless steamers and steam griddles, Doug will ensure we continue: Setting the standard for
others to follow.”
Prior to joining AccuTemp, Myers served as General Manager of Fort Wayne-based: Mechanics
Laundry; Cintas – The Service Professionals; and most recently, Jack Laurie Group. He is
a graduate of University of Indiana, Bloomington, where he earned his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Finance.
