Granbury Restaurant Solutions Acquires
Assets of Online Ordering Provider Resercom
Granbury Restaurant Solutions has completed the asset acquisition of Resercom LP, an online
ordering solution provider for the restaurant industry. This acquisition follows Granbury’s strategy of
adding solutions and customers to its growing stable of restaurant technology.
“Resercom is a great addition to the online solutions we currently offer our clients,” commented
Tom Bronson, Granbury CEO. “They offer innovative technology and thought leadership in this space –
as well as the social and in-bound marketing space. In return, integration with Granbury’s full set of
restaurant technology will enable us to offer Resercom clients a broad range of solutions.”

expand our market share in new ways,” said Erik Hanson, Resercom CEO. “Granbury’s mission to help

Terms of the asset purchase, which was completed last week, were not disclosed.
