Beer and Pizza … A Match Made in Heaven?
Some believe a tall, cold beer is not just the best, but perhaps the only beverage worthy of being used to wash down a delicious pizza. And while we think there are a variety of beverages that go well with ‘za, there’s no question craft beer is quickly becoming one of the most popular.
Recently, Associate Editor Denise Greer stumbled across a neat infographic that helps match craft beer styles with particular cheeses. For example, according to the graphic, a wheat beer and goat cheese go hand in hand. Meanwhile, blue cheese and a stout brew match up well.
