Chicken Pesto Pizza

12-inch pizza dough
2 tablespoons cream
4 ounces mozzarella
4 ounces fresh mushrooms
4 ounces smoked chicken
2 ounces red onion, cut into slices
1 tablespoon pesto
½ ball of buffalo mozzarella
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Open dough and brush with cream. Top with mozzarella, then add mushrooms, chicken and red onion. Bake until crust is golden brown, then remove from oven and add buffalo mozzarella, pesto, salt and pepper, to taste.
