Chicken Pesto PizzaIngredients

2 pound dough ball
3 – 4 ounces pesto
1-1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
6 ounces mozzarella
4 ounces artichoke hearts
6 ounces fresh, Roma tomatoes, sliced
4 ounces of Italian spiced marinated chicken breast, cubed
2 ounces roasted red peppers

Instructions Roll out dough to 16-inch pizza size. Coat pizza with pesto. Layer sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, tomato and chicken. Top with peppers. Bake for 10 min. in a 400 F oven.
