Fresh Arugula Salad

Baby arugula, bunch
4 Campari tomatoes
4 rings of red onion
1 ounce shaved parm
½ lemon
2 ounces extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt, to taste
fresh pepper, to taste
4 ounces sheep’s milk feta
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss together. Serve on a chilled salad plate.
