Jack and John Pizza

Farrelli’s Wood Fire Pizza, Tacoma, WA

10 ounces hand tossed dough
2 ounces olive oil
4 ounces mozzarella/
provolone blend
4 ounces Italian sausage
1 ounce black olives
1 ounce green olives
1 ounce white mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces artichoke hearts
½ ounce green onion

Hand-toss dough until it reaches roughly 10 inches in diameter. Brush with olive oil, then top with cheese, sausage, olives, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and green onion. Bake until crust is golden brown and ready to serve.
