- 1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Put the fresh mozzarella in a stainless steel or non-reactive bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Toss gently to combine the flavors.
- Serve at once or chill slightly.
