- 1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions Put the fresh mozzarella in a stainless steel or non-reactive bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Toss gently to combine the flavors. Serve at once or chill slightly.
