Ingredients
  • 14-ounce doughball
  • 3 hot chicken tenders, cubed
  • ½ cup creamy coleslaw (recipe to follow)
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup smoked Gouda, shredded
  • ¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
  • sliced pickles as garnish
Instructions
  1. Stretch out doughball on 14-inch screen and top with Ranch dressing.
  2. Add coleslaw and top with smoked Gouda.
  3. Evenly spread the hot chicken around the pizza.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and bake at 425 F until brown.
  5. Serve with pickle slices as garnish.

Ingredients
  • ½ head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • ½ head purple cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 large carrots, finely shredded
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and celery and onion salts.
  2. Add the cabbages and carrots and toss well to coat.
  3. Add a bit more mayo if the mixture seems dry.
