Ingredients
  • 1 13-14-inch diameter pizza crust
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups minced clam
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
  • ¼ cup clam juice
Instructions
  1. Brush or rub the top of the pizza crust with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. Spread the clams evenly over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle on the garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley and thyme.
  4. Drizzle on the remaining olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle on the clam juices.
  6. Bake pizza in a preheated 475 degree oven 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
