Ingredients
  • 1 12-inch dough skin
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced thin
  • 1 medium summer squash, sliced thin
  • 3 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 strips of bacon crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Spread olive oil evenly over dough.
  2. Distribute dollops of goat cheese.
  3. Then layer zucchini and summer squash on pizza.
  4. Add bacon crumbles and Parmesan.
  5. Bake.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Slice and serve.
