Recipe type: salads
- 10 cups 2 ½ quarts) virgin or pure olive oil
- 4 crushed cloves garlic
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon each of salt, dry mustard
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bring to room temperature before using.
