Ingredients
  • 10 cups 2 ½ quarts) virgin or pure olive oil
  • 4 crushed cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon each of salt, dry mustard
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bring to room temperature before using.
