Thai Ginger Pork PizzaIngredients

  • 3 12-inch par-baked pizza crusts
  • Thai Pizza Marinade (see adjacent recipe)
  • 24 ounces pork tenderloin, raw
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Thai Pizza Marinade.

Trim pork tenderloin and marinate in Thai Pizza Marinade. Place on a baking sheet and roast at 375 F until internal temperature reaches 150 F. Cool and slice thinly.

Mix ginger into pizza sauce and spread onto the pizza crust.

Arrange the pork slices on the top and cover with mozzarella.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes in a 375 F oven, or until cheese is melted and crust is a golden brown.

Thai Pizza Marinade

  • 1 cup sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.

1 cup sesame Oil
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons Chineses Five Spices
4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper, to taste
