At Pizza Expo 2012, big crowds soaked up the expertise offered by some of the nation’s top pizza operators during the daily panel discussions — and the same can be expected next March with a new slate of Power Panels.
The topic on the first show day, Tuesday, March 19, is “Delivery and Carryout: Best Strategies” and the discussion will be filled with tips and strategies that have brought big numbers to the bottom lines of operators Dan Collier (PizzaMan Dan’s), Jeff Mease (Pizza X), Billy Manzo (Federal Hill Brick Oven Pizza) and Michael Shepherd (Michael Angelo’s Pizza).
Our Social Media Roundtable convenes on Wednesday, March 20, for an update on this rapidly evolving subject. The same panel of early adapters who discussed what works and what doesn’t in social mead — Dan Collier, Glenn Cybulski (Seasons Pizzeria Sports Bar and Grill) and Clayton Krueger (Farrelli’s Wood Fire Pizza) — will be back again with reports from the front lines of online.
Finally, the Thursday, March 21, Power Panel will take up staffing issues with an “Operators Roundtable on Employee Programs.” How do the most successful operators attract, train and retain top talent? Find out from Dan Collier, Billy Manzo and Jeff Mease.
There will be ample question-and-answer time during each of these sessions as well. Real problems and real solutions are what make the Power Panels don’t-miss seminar events.
