Atlantic City, NJ / October 17-18, 2017 / pizzaandpastaexpo.com
We’re coming and here’s why
Coal-fired New York. Brick-oven Boston. Clam-capital New Haven. Tomato-pie Philadelphia — nearly every city and town between Portland, Maine, and the Potomac River features proud independent pizzerias and Italian pasta houses. Some are long-established and serve old family recipes. Others offer creative twists for new generations of diners. All are owned and operated by multi-talented entrepreneurs competing for a bigger slice of the restaurant business.
Italian restaurants and pizzerias in the 12 Northeastern states generate more revenue than any other 12 U.S. states combined. Our research shows that there are 28,000 Italian- and pizza-concept restaurants in the region with annual sales exceeding $18 billion.
Pizza Expo saw those numbers and realized the Italian pasta and pizzeria operators in this region have extensive buying power and a hunger for success in the industry. Our message to Northeast operators: You need your own trade show!
And now you have it. On Oct. 17 – 18, 2017, Pizza Expo will host Pizza & Pasta Northeast at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
The two-day event will give the region’s Italian restaurant segment an opportunity to come together and see new products, find new suppliers, meet vendors and network with fellow operators. Many suppliers will offer discounts on products and services. The show also will feature a pizza-making competition and a best pasta bake-off, as well as keynotes from industry luminaries and workshops to help you improve operations and increase profits.

We’re coming to the Northeast, and you’ll want to be there!
