By Denise Greer

California Pizza KitchenCPK launches new gluten-free pizza menu. In an effort to appeal to the more than 3 million Americans who suffer from celiac disease and other gluten sensitivities, California Pizza Kitchen has become the latest big-chain company to add gluten-free items to their menu. Nation’s Restaurant News reports that the company will use specially designated tools, pans and gloves that are blue in color to designate them as gluten-free. High-sided pans will reduce the pizzas from coming into contact with ovens walls and flooring.
