To protect and serve recently included pizza delivery for two Portland, Oregon, police officers, Michael Filbert and Royce Curtiss. The stunned patrons took a photo of the officers that has gone viral.
Now, Rakos wants to throw a pizza party in honor of the Portland officers as soon as he is able to return to work.
