The Pizza Maker of the Year winner in 2016 at Pizza Expo and owner of Williamsburg Pizza in Brooklyn, Nino Coniglio will team up for a demo with John Arena of Metro Pizza in Las Vegas.
Paulie Gee, Mark Iacono and Roberto Caporuscio
These “new guard” pizza icons from New York will talk 21st-century pizzerias with Scott Wiener of Scott’s Pizza Tours.
Wednesday, October 18
Sal Basille and Francis Garcia
The renowned Pizza Masters from the Cooking Channel will entertain with stories of growing up in the restaurant business and their TV show travels.
The restaurant owner and consultant leads a workshop on How to Reach 20-Percent Profit and $1 Million in Sales. (Also offered Tuesday.)
