Industry readies for the World’s Largest Pizza Trade Show

The School of Pizzeria Management is already in session. Today, we kick off International Pizza Expo 2014 with New Operator Monday.

While attendees hit the classroom, exhibitors ready their booths for the Exhibit Hall to open on Tuesday, at 10 a.m. Setting up a show floor larger than six football fields is an undertaking to say the least.
