Entrepreneurs set to open first Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint in North Dakota

(ATLANTA, GA) March 2014 – Searching for a franchise to build their business, Troy and Jamie Mattern found Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint, and they are bringing the concept to North Dakota. Signing a four-location multi-unit development agreement, the Mattern’s plan to own and operate Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint in several locations, focusing first on Minot and Fargo. They project to open the first two Uncle Maddio’s locations in North Dakota during the second half of 2014.

Uncle Maddio’s pizzas are completely customizable, made-to-order, and served up in just six minutes for under $7.Customized pizzas start with the selection from three crust choices, including traditional, whole-wheat, and gluten-free. Forty-eight toppings include six homemade sauces, 27 vegetables and 15 meats. Uncle Maddio’s offers options such as hormone-free chicken, fresh local vegetables, Daiya vegan cheese and organic greens. Uncle Maddio’s sauces and salad dressings are original recipes and made-from-scratch onsite. A “take and bake” option offers a quick family meal.
