Onosys and LevelUp Supercharge New Customer Acquisition for Restaurants

Partnership Provides Participating Brands with Instant Access to LevelUp and its Network of Partners Including Chase Pay

Boston – September 6, 2017 – LevelUp and Onosys, both leaders in mobile technology for the restaurant industry, today announced a partnership to help restaurants grow their order-ahead sales via new channel distribution partners such as Chase Pay. Onosys provides custom digital ordering solutions for leading restaurant brands including Outback Steakhouse, Boston Pizza and Round Table Pizza that are now available to millions of potential new consumers through LevelUp and its many partner properties. As a result, participating restaurants gain instant access to new customers and benefit from incremental new revenues at no additional cost.

LevelUp has built a robust, engaged user base of nearly a million monthly active users who look for convenience, speed and flexibility when it comes to interacting with restaurant chains across the country. By integrating with the Onosys digital ordering platform, these consumers now have thousands of more restaurants to choose from, each of which will benefit from increased exposure, order volume and revenues.

“Our integration with Onosys provides merchants access to brand new customer acquisition channels, while also giving consumers more variety in the restaurants they can order from via the LevelUp app and the partner properties we power,” said Seann Moriarty, head of partnerships at LevelUp. “These partnerships add value across the board for restaurants, consumers and our strategic partners.”

When a mobile order is placed through the LevelUp network to a participating Onosys customer, the order flows through the Onosys digital ordering platform to the appropriate restaurant location’s point of sale system. This creates a seamless experience for consumers and provides deeper insights into buying behaviors for merchants.

“This partnership underscores Onosys’ commitment to the success of our restaurant partners by effectively extending brand availability to millions of potential new customers who can now order directly,” said David DiPasquale, Chief Revenue Officer for Onosys. “At the same time, LevelUp and its partner network benefit by offering consumers more choices and increased engagement.”
