Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta
  • 1½ cup chopped green olives
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
  • ½ cup roasted garlic cloves
  • ½ cup makeline jalapeños
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or a mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are integrated.
  2. Taste and adjust flavors and hydration as needed.
