- ½ cup orange juice
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 cups light olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, whisk the orange juice and vinegar until thoroughly mixed.
- Whisk in the mustard; gradually whisk in the oil and continue whisking until the dressing is slightly thickened.
