Aioli Dipping Sauce for Freid Zucchini

- 2 cups real mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 large garlic cloves, pushed through a garlic press
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Put the mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.
- Add salt to taste.
- Refrigerate (covered) for 2 hrs. to let the flavors develop.
- Makes just over 2 cups.
- Scale up in direct proportion.
