We’re calling them New Faces in the Pizza Pantheon, and any way you slice it they’ve become legends on the New York scene. Paulie Gee, Mark Iacono (Lucali) and Roberto Caporuscio (Kesté) have built second-generation landmark pizzerias with one foot in tradition and the other in the 21st century.
