Baked Goat Cheese

- 6 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup marinara
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Fresh basil leaves, chiffonade for garnish
- Place cheese into bottom of a 6-inch ramekin or pie plate, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Ladle marinara around the goat cheese.
- Sprinkle salt, red pepper flakes and oregano.
- Bake at 425 F until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Served with sliced crostini.
