Ingredients
  • Antipasto Bread
  • 1 10-inch round
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup red pepper
  • ¼ cup green pepper
  • 6 diced artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Oil 10-inch pizza round; layer onion, peppers, black olives and artichoke hearts over dough.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over toppings, then salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 18 minutes, or until browned.
