Ingredients
  • 8 ounces pesto sauce
  • 8 ounces medium shrimp (peeled, deveined, butterflied)
  • 1 ½ cups julienned roasted red bell peppers (if using the canned or
  • jar peppers, rinse and pat dry)
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Divide the ingredients between the two pizza shells.
  2. Pesto goes on first, followed by the shrimp, bell peppers, and olive oil.
  3. Bake and serve.
