Definition: I Know That Already!  — a mental disease that strikes without warning. Primarily affects the self-employed who think there is nothing else to learn. Often misdiagnosed with “Hardening of the Attitudes.”

My fellow instructors and I sincerely invite you to join us in Las Vegas this year at the third annual School of Pizzeria Management workshops. I assure you that we’d be the first to admit that we’re still learning, and we’re humbled by being tapped to temporarily put aside our day jobs in the hospitality industry to share some of the wisdom we’ve accumulated in our combined 200-plus years.

We’ve developed a curriculum that will answer some of the questions that keep you up all night. I don’t care if you are a newbie or a seasoned operator, there will be answers to your questions by people who have been there and done that. Not by non-industry talking heads.

We understand that personal time and company money are in short supply.  That’s why Pizza Expo has committed to bringing the 10 School of Pizzeria Management workshops to the place where the pizza industry gathers. Since the subject matter and content of the workshops is so deep, the sessions can’t be compressed into a typical 60-minute presentation. That’s the reason we chose to hold the classes the two days before Expo officially opens its Exhibit Hall.

What that means for you is you’ll need to adjust your travel dates slightly. If you can handle a couple of extra days in Vegas, I promise we’ll make it a fun and learning time. Many, many clients of mine have told me that attending and learning at Pizza Expo has made the difference between success and failure.
