We’ve added to the course selections for the third year of the School of Pizzeria Management at Pizza Expo. Come early to Expo and choose from a variety of essential business-improving workshops. These in-depth training sessions are designed for pizzeria operators determined to take their businesses to the next level. Beginning on Sunday, March 6, and concluding Monday, March 7, our School of Pizzeria Management workshops will offer instruction and take-home materials from pizza and restaurant industry professionals through the following courses:

The 2016 Beer & Bull early-evening session — scheduled for Tues., March 9, from 4:30 – 6 p.m. — will offer networkers and problem-solvers the opportunity to join the discussion at one of our “topic tables.” Each table’s conversation will be moderated by one of Expo’s seminar speakers and focused on solutions in areas such as dough production, marketing and technology. Those wishing to network informally can do so as well by grabbing a seat at one of the other tables in the large Beer & Bull room. All registered attendees are invited, and free craft or domestic beer, snacks and other refreshments will be served.
