If you are looking for some new menu ideas, you can watch and learn from renowned pizzaiolos and chefs who will perform live onstage in the International Pizza Challenge competition areas and the International Pizza Expo Demonstration Stage. The International Pizza Challenge has become so popular that we’ve decided to expand the competition for 2015. This year, we’ll have 210 entrants from across the globe competing in the “Pizza World Championships” to see who will claim top prize in each division, as well as who will be crowned “Pizza Maker of the Year.” We’re also bringing back four past “World Champions” to compete head-to-head in our “Best of the Best” Bake-Off to see who makes the best use of this year’s blind-box ingredients.
Do you want to party? Make plans to attend the Pizza Expo Block Party and World Pizza Games Finals on Wednesday night. This year we’re pulling out all the stops to make sure this is the biggest and best party ever. The all-girl pop/rock band Dollface featuring Tiffany Martin will bring their undeniable talent and energy to Pizza Expo. Food and drink stations will line the perimeter of the room, along with a few games, contests and exhibits at this street party-style event.
