We’re pulling out all the stops to make sure next year’s Pizza Expo, our 31st, is the largest and best show ever, with more educational opportunities for you to choose from, an expanded International Pizza Challenge and a show floor nearly as large as six football fields. Did I mention we’re giving away roughly $50,000 in cash and prizes!

As the old adage goes, “You’re either getting better or you’re not,” and this holds true to for your pizzeria as well. In today’s business environment, it’s more important than ever to discover new, innovative ways to boost profits and improve efficiencies. What are you doing about the increasing prices of commodities, employee benefits and wages? At this year’s Pizza Expo, you’ll find solutions to these problems and more.

If you haven’t already registered to attend International Pizza Expo, the “World’s Largest Pizza Show,” you should stop reading this now and call 800-489-8324 or use the registration form in the attendee brochure, which accompanies this issue. Or better yet, pre-register online at and save $10. For those who have already made plans to attend the industry’s premier annual event, it’s not too early to start making a list of exhibitors, products, seminars and events you want to see and/or attend. If you’ve seen or read about a product or service you’d like to have for your pizzeria, then chances are you’ll find it on our show floor. Go to and click Attendee Info to find comprehensive schedules and summaries of all plans for 2015 in Las Vegas.

At International Pizza Expo, you’ll have networking opportunities with some of the best and brightest pizza entrepreneurs and consultants in the business, as well as your choice of nearly 100 business-building seminars, demonstrations, workshops and networking events. With all the choices available to you at Expo, it’s a good idea to start planning your show strategy now: Map out a list of educational sessions to attend and start thinking about questions to ask at the Beer & Bull Idea Exchange. Please take a few minutes now to review the attendee brochure (see supplement) for a list of exhibiting companies, seminars and demonstrations that are available to you at this year’s Pizza Expo. Be sure to check out the School of Pizzeria Management intensive two-day workshops, which are offered on Sunday, March 22, and Monday, March 23. Attend any of the workshops and receive a framable certificate of completion.

Our combined staff at Pizza Today and Pizza Expo has been working for well over a year to produce the biggest and best show ever! In fact, we’re so sure that attending Expo will be the best business decision you’ll make this year that we’re putting a guarantee on it. If you’re not satisfied with your experience at Pizza Expo, simply outline your thoughts in a personal letter to me and I’ll see to it that you receive a prompt refund of your registration fee.

See you in Las Vegas!

Best regards,

Bill Oakley
Executive Vice President
