CPK’s lively, open kitchen brings guests even closer to the action, where chefs prep and toss pizzas and top them with fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The new decor uses sustainable materials like reclaimed wood on walls, tables and doors, natural stone counter tops, an oak-wrapped bar and counters, LED lighting and even an herb garden. Vibrant artwork featuring local landmarks give each restaurant its own distinct personality. At many locations outdoor dining is available.
CPK has totally reimagined its menu to offer something for everyone, with new seasonal items (Harvest Kale Salad and Sunnyside Up Bacon + Potato Pizza) and mains (Fire Grilled Ribeye and Hearth Roasted Halibut) as well as options that are low calorie, vegetarian or gluten-free. The Wellington location is among the first 12 in the country to be redesigned and to launch the new menu. Others in Florida include Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa Bay and Naples.
CPK moves open kitchen closer to guests
At CPK, Guests can see fresh produce being prepped from scratch everyday using locally sourced ingredients from Florida including arugula, strawberries, cabbage, parsley, green and red peppers, zuchinni, tomatoes and more.
A recent Harvard Business Review study on open kitchen environments found that customer satisfaction went up as much as 17% when they could see chefs preparing food in the open kitchen. The same is true for the chefs. When their work was observed by their guests, they felt more appreciated, and satisfied with their work and exerted extra effort.
Guests at CPK have a front row seat to all the action in the kitchen, including the pizza making counter and hearth oven. The pizza counter serves as a culinary theater where dough is proofed and then, every pie is hand-tossed three feet into the air before it is topped with unique ingredients and baked in the open hearth oven.
CPK Menus Feature Variety and Choice
CPK supports FDA regulations requiring restaurants to put calorie counts on the menu.
