Eater releases its ‘38 Essential Pizzerias Across America’ list

This is the second year for Eater’s “38 Essential Pizzerias Across America” list. Eater’s 38 pizzerias run the gamut on style, from New York, Chicago and New Haven to Detroit, Neapolitan and California. Eater devised its list based on the pizzas themselves and consulted a panel of chefs, TV hosts, authors, food writers and Eater editors. The list includes (in alphabetical order):
