We’re calling them New Faces in the Pizza Pantheon, and any way you slice it they’ve become legends on the New York scene. Paulie Gee, Mark Iacono (Lucali) and Roberto Caporuscio (Kesté) have built second-generation landmark pizzerias with one foot in tradition and the other in the 21st century.
We’re excited to have Scott Wiener, of Scott’s New York Pizza Tours, moderate a discussion among these industry stars on the first day of Pizza & Pasta Northeast, October 17. Catch them at 5 p.m., after the Exhibit Hall closes in the Atlantic City Convention Center, for a freewheeling discussion featuring these top players in the pizza world.
