Everything PIZZAFIRE does is FRESH! No freezers, no fryers, no microwaves! They grow their own basil and romaine hydroponically in each restaurant! Also featured is free range fire roasted chicken, hand cut veggies (most all locally sourced) and a special dough recipe developed by Chef Brauser that requires the dough to ferment for 48 hours, heightening the perfect flavor. You’re can see each topping choice and choose from an array of the freshest ingredients, always prepared each morning. Each PIZZAFIRE location even makes their own pizza sauce with hand crushed tomatoes and all exclusively feature only GMO free meats.
“We only use pear tomatoes from Northern California that are picked and fresh packed within two hours, so they are naturally sweet!” says founder and CEO Sean Brauser, “then we painstakingly hand crush each one so that the natural flavor of the tomato explodes”.
