Mama LaRosa Foods pizza & bread dough balls that are 10 ounces or larger are individually wrapped in a sealed breathable bag to ensure the perfect proof process! Our unique process and individual packaging will save you the expense and hassle of having to use a proof box to proof the dough and the individual bag will ensure that the dough ball will stay fresh and not have unsightly & unusable dry spots. The dough is ready to use directly out of the cooler after thawing at least 24 hours. If the dough needs to be thawed quickly it can also be placed at room temperature for a few hours.
