Double Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Melt butter and 8 ounces of chocolate chips together.
  2. Add sugar and stir.
  3. Next, add eggs and vanilla and stir again.
  4. Add salt, baking powder, flour and cocoa powder.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add oil and stir again.
  7. Lastly, add final cup of chocolate chips and stir one final time to distribute chips.
  8. Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350 F until brownies are finished
  9. (approximately 25 minutes).
