Breakfast Pizza
Recipe type: pizzas
  • 5 strips of bacon, cooked until soft and torn in half
  • ¼ cup green pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • ½ cup cheddar/ mozarella cheese mix, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  1. Roll out the dough and top with salsa.
  2. Add half of the cheese.
  3. Top with bacon pieces and green pepper.
  4. Bake at 425 F until browned.
  5. Once pizza is out of the oven, cook the egg overeasy or fried in the butter.
  6. Slide off onto the pizza just before serving.
