Recipe type: pizzas
- 5 strips of bacon, cooked until soft and torn in half
- ¼ cup green pepper, diced
- ¼ cup salsa
- ½ cup cheddar/ mozarella cheese mix, shredded
- 1 egg
- ½ tablespoon butter
- Roll out the dough and top with salsa.
- Add half of the cheese.
- Top with bacon pieces and green pepper.
- Bake at 425 F until browned.
- Once pizza is out of the oven, cook the egg overeasy or fried in the butter.
- Slide off onto the pizza just before serving.
